Kirk Development Company is proud to have been involved with the Kiwanis Club since 1986. Julie Sertich has been serving on the Board of Directors of the local Club for many years. The Kiwanis Club benefits the community in several ways, the focus always on recognizing and encouraging excellence in young people.

Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona is a nonprofit organization that helps families build and improve places to call home, and also renovates homes and repairs owner occupied homes to qualifying residents. They believe affordable housing plays a critical role in
strong and stable communities.

STARDUST GLENDALE
Stardust is a non-profit organization that operates reuse centers for home improvement which sell gently-used, salvaged, and surplus building materials at affordable prices. They also provide deconstruction services that salvage building materials, divert waste from landfills, and support sustainability in the community.

Westminster Village is a non-profit, continuing care retirement community offering secure and connected senior living with ample amenities. The resort-style retreat enhances the independence, dignity, health and wellbeing of all who call it home.
